Terms of service
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms govern your use of Vibe9.co, the website and application operated by PMC Tomasz Pasko, Zywiecka 14 Street, 34-321 Lekawica, Poland, tax ID PL5532328643 ("Vibe9", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you").
1. Who the service is for
Vibe9 is a tool for businesses: online stores and the agencies that run their advertising. You may use it only for business purposes and only if you are at least 18 and able to bind the business you represent. If you are a consumer, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
Vibe9 connects to Meta ad accounts with read-only access and shows their performance by audience segment, by attribution setting and by creative, and can write a review of a period with the help of an AI model. We may add, change or remove features. Features marked as coming soon are not part of the service until we release them.
The public demo shows sample data, needs no account and may be reset at any time. Do not enter real or confidential information into it.
3. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for your account, for keeping access to your email address secure and for everything done in your workspace. Tell us at once at t.pasko@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
The owner of a workspace decides who joins it and with which role. Owners and admins can invite people, and client viewers see only the dashboards assigned to them. Anyone with a share link can see the dashboard it points to until the link expires or is revoked, so share links carefully.
4. Connecting Meta
You may connect only ad accounts you are authorised to access, and only on behalf of their owner. You must comply with Meta's terms and policies that apply to you. Meta may limit or revoke access at any time, and some features depend on Meta continuing to provide its API.
The figures in Vibe9 come from Meta. We show them as Meta reports them, under the attribution settings described in the application, and we are not responsible for errors, delays or changes in Meta's data.
5. AI-generated insights
Insights are generated automatically by an AI model from your dashboard data. We check that the figures they quote match your data, but the text can still be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. Insights are not professional advice. You decide how to use them and you are responsible for the decisions you make.
6. Subscription, trial and payment
- Pricing. The service is billed per active dashboard, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown at checkout, in US dollars. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where they apply.
- Trial. New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Changes in quantity. Adding a dashboard increases your subscription immediately, with a proportional charge for the rest of the period. Archiving a dashboard reduces it from the next renewal.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your payment method. After that, your dashboards become read-only until a payment succeeds. Your data is kept for 90 days.
- Refunds. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service in breach of the law or of Meta's policies;
- access data you are not authorised to access, or try to get around access controls;
- reverse engineer, overload, probe or interfere with the service;
- resell or provide the service to third parties as your own product, except to your own clients through the roles and share links the service provides;
- use the service to build a competing product.
We may suspend access that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
8. Your data and our rights
Your ad data, settings and insights belong to you. You give us the right to process them only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy. If you invite clients or team members, or connect accounts you manage for others, you are responsible for having the right to do so.
The service, its software and its design belong to us. These terms give you a right to use the service during your subscription and nothing more.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance, problems at our providers or at Meta can make it unavailable for a time. Support is provided by email at t.pasko@gmail.com.
10. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or advertising decisions made using the service. Our total liability for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intentional misconduct.
11. Ending the service
You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may end your access if you seriously breach these terms, or end the service as a whole with at least 30 days' notice. After your subscription ends, your dashboards become read-only and their data is deleted after 90 days. You can ask us to delete your account earlier.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you by email or in the application at least 30 days before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes will be decided by the courts having jurisdiction over our place of business.
